Overview:

DialedIn is seeking a skilled Developer specializing in integrations to help us enhance our call center software’s connectivity with leading platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Zapier, Oracle, HubSpot, and more. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations that empower our clients to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement integrations with third-party platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot
• Work with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines to enable real-time connectivity and automation
• Optimize integration performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align integration capabilities with client needs
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in CRM, marketing automation, and workflow tools

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development and integrations, especially with CRM and marketing platforms
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and other integration technologies
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Experience with cloud platforms and tools like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
