Overview:
DialedIn seeks an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources strategies. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles including tech, sales, and marketing
- Lead employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR records
- Act as a liaison between management and staff to resolve conflicts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a tech or software company
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools
