Overview:

DialedIn seeks an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources strategies. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles including tech, sales, and marketing
  • Lead employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR records
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff to resolve conflicts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a tech or software company
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools
