Great dialer and overall system The system is top notch, we came from using a open sourced dialer that had no support and would always crash, to this system that almost never hiccups and if it does I have the best support available just a phone call away. The team at DialedIn can remotely adjust the setting and have you up with almost no down time at all!! DOWN TIME = NO MONEY , DialedIn = NO DOWN TIME.

DialedIn is the Best Predictive Dialer on the marker by far. My favorite thing about the dialer software is their is very little lag time between calls and the sub campaign feature really sets you target your lists. I also like the easy set-up for adding additional call reps.
