Progressive dialing builds upon Preview dialing to enable agents to review information about their next lead or number but cutting down the amount of time they spend reviewing. DialedIn’s algorithm gives the agent lead information to review before the system dials out. The agent can then either continue with the call or move on to the next lead, but the call is automatically dialed if the agent goes over the allotted time.
